The Philippines is a south east asian archipelago. It's a tropical country consisting of more than seven thousand (7,000) islands and grouped into three regions: Luzon Islands, Visayas Islands, and the Mindanao Islands.
Luzon Islands is located north of the country while Visayas Islands group is at the center and the group of Mindanao Islands is in the south.
It's a popular tourist destination because of its scenic white sandy beaches. hospitable and English-speaking people, and, of course, charming and pretty Filipina women.
Compared to other Asian Countries, the cost of living in the Philippines is very low and so relaxations in the Philippines are very cheap.
The Philippines is an archipelagic country made up of 7,107 islands spanning 1,840 kilometers north to south. It is part of the Southeast Asian region, and is bordered by Taiwan to the north, Indonesia and Malaysian Borneo to the south, the South China Sea to the west, and is in the East of Vietnam. The Three main Philippine Island groups are Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.
Generally, Philippines has a tropical climate. March to May is hot and dry. June to October is rainy, Northeast monsoon is November to April, thus is cool.
Almost every Filipino can understand and speak some English. In fact, we are considered one the largest English-speaking nation in terms of population.
Understanding each other will not be a problem between our people. There are two official languages, Pilipino and English. Pilipino which essentially the same as Tagalog is the national language, and, English which is widely used and is the medium of instruction in higher education.
There are Eight (8) major dialects spoken by majority of the Filipinos: Tagalog; Cebuano; Ilocano; Hiligaynon or Ilonggo, Bicol, Waray, Pampango, and Pangasinense.
The cost of living in the Philippines is low and affordable. Housing, food, and labor costs are quite reasonable. The currency exchange rate is usually favorable to global Filipinos and foreign retirees.

Foreign currency may be exchanged at any hotels, large department stores, banks and authorized money changing shops accredited by the Central bank of the Philippines. International credit cards such as Visa, Diners Club, Master Card, and American Express are accepted in major establishments.

The highly trained medical personnel and caregivers are in demand all over the world, for they are well- known not only for their competence and proficiency but most especially for the care and compassion they demonstrate.
