For a comfortable and worry-free second-life, CSDI Life Care System has been created. This program is for all the Elysium residents especially the retirees who need special concern and attention. CSDI Life Care System gives assistance in looking for household helps like drivers, maids, cooks, care givers and others.

The program also takes care of setting up meetings with dependable health insurance companies, aid in legal consultations; and also assistance to facilitate SRRV application, Real Estate Tax Payments, etc.

The Wage rate in the Philippines is very low compared to other countries

Maids are usually on a sleep-in basis with free board & lodging.

Drivers are usually on a live- out basis with free lunch.

Standard Monthly Salary of the Household Helps

However, The agency will charge an Agency Fee that is equivalent to a month's salary.

Medical Insurance Service

Philippines has the same medical system as the United States; where normally, the patient goes to his family doctor for medical treatments and consultations. The doctor usually holds separate clinics in different hospitals on different days and hours. The patient may choose his preferred time, day, and the hospital for his consultation or it can be done at his own home, depending on the agreement with his doctor. The Medical Insurance Company would then reimburse a percentage or the whole of his medical expenses, depending on the plan he enrolled in.

There are many well-equipped hospitals and highly trained doctors and nurses in the Philippines that are covered by most of the Medical Insurance Companies in the country.

CSDI Life Care System can endorse reliable and competent Medical Insurance Companies. It also offers it's members an Emergency Medical Insurance Coverage under Life Line Arrows. One would just need to dial a Hotline number (that is always available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) during emergencies, and an ambulance will respond within the earliest possible interval. The ambulance is converted into a mobile medical intensive care unit that provides efficient medical care and transport.

Legal Services
Lawyers are needed to process complicated documents and to resolve legal problems. Aside from being expensive, hiring a personal lawyer is not a practical idea. CSDI LIFE CARE SYSTEM's members can avail of these legal services through our connections with upright and high- caliber lawyers at a minimal fee.

Golf, Sports Club and other Associations
Because of the constant pleasant weather, golf,and other sports activities could be enjoyed in the Philippines throughout the year. Membership Fees of Sports Clubs are minimal but offer world- class facilities and a lot of amenities.

Conversational English Lessons, Social Dance Classes, and Voluntary Activities could be organized by request. We can endorse brokers for Golf Club Membership, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Yachting or other Sports Club. Sports Tournaments can also be arranged upon request. These services can be availed of despite of the low cost of living. Low in cost compared to other countries but a plus in living. Special requests from Members are always welcome and are usually given generous considerations.
